URP is built by USHER Technologies Inc., founded by Dr. Francis Aldrine Uy, Dean of the School of Civil, Environmental and Geological Engineering at Mapúa University. USHER Technologies is a Mapúa University spin-off with a DOST-PCIEERD-backed research lineage.
